Fulfill our contractual commitments (deadlines, SLAs, technical quality) without exception. Document and continuously improve key processes (sales, purchasing, support, training).

Continuously develop the team's skills through training, certification, and knowledge sharing. Goal: at least 2 days of training per year for each employee.

Systematically analyze non-conformities, client complaints, and deviations from objectives, implementing effective corrective actions. Quality Policy reviewed annually.

Environmental & WEEE Policy

ISO 26000 §6.5 — DEEE = Déchets d'Équipements Électriques et Électroniques. HOODO s'engage à minimiser l'impact environnemental de ses activités et à contribuer à une économie circulaire numérique en Afrique centrale.

Principes Directeurs DEEE

  • RĂ©emploi en prioritĂ© : tout Ă©quipement fonctionnel est proposĂ© au reconditionnement avant toute destruction
  • Filière agréée : les DEEE non rĂ©utilisables sont remis Ă  des filières de recyclage agréées
  • TraçabilitĂ© : chaque DEEE collectĂ© fait l'objet d'un bon de reprise documentĂ©
  • Sensibilisation : informer systĂ©matiquement les clients de la procĂ©dure de collecte DEEE
